Emeril's Miami Beach - Opening in Fall 2003. Located on the lobby level of the St. Moritz. World-renowned Chef Emeril Lagasse features his award-winning "new" New Orleans cuisine at this new fine dining establishment designed by David Rockwell. Emeril's menu includes the freshest seafood, prime aged steaks, a nightly dégustation menu, and an extensive wine list. Seating is also available at the chef's food bar, and in the exterior cafe.
Please note that on Memorial Day Weekend, there are some special restrictions. Only registered guests will be permitted on the hotel grounds. There is a maximum occupancy of 3 people in a room with one bed, and 4 people in a room with 2 beds.
